Dear Parents and Carers
We have come to the end of a busy short 9 Week term and a lovely autumn holiday awaits us all. In Noongar, Autumn ‘Djeran’ is the season which is represented by the colour green as it is the time of the year where the cooler weather begins.
We would like to thank you for your partnership in educating your children this term. Teaching and working in schools comes with many challenges, however, the great joy is ours when we see children progress in all aspects of their learning, and gain skills and knowledge making progress in their spiritual, academic, social/emotional and physical development. Thank you for entrusting your precious children to our care.
At the end of this term, we farewell a beloved teacher and leader in our school, Miss Katia Pirozzi. We thank her for the gift of her time and dedication to our school community over the last five and a bit years. We wish her well in her next place of employment and look forward to her visiting us in future. Our staff are always welcome back, as once part of the OLOM family, always part of the OLOM family.
As we head into Easter, let us become acutely aware of God's unfailing gift of undeserved, unconditional and unifying love for us. Let us respond to this gift by showing love to one another. I wish you and your families a blessed Easter and a wonderful school holiday break.
God bless you all.
