Ages 0-5 with caregivers

Silver Screenings Film Series
In celebration of this year’s summer reading theme “Color Our World,” the Ballston Community Public Library is presenting a film series for grown-ups! The films we’ve chosen highlight the work of artists, authors, and actors who make our world more colorful. Come join us in the BCPL’s Community Room for free movies and free popcorn every Tuesday during the month of July. No registration required!
July 8: Shakespeare in Love starring Joseph Fiennes and Gwyneth Paltrow
July 15: Tolkien starring Nicholas Hoult and Laura Donnelly

Crochet for Adult Beginners
This three-part workshop series will provide an accessible introduction to crochet for adults with no previous experience. We'll provide the necessary supplies and instructor Cindy Carter will lead you through sequenced projects introducing the skills needed to continue on your own after the class ends.

Friends of the Library Monthly Meeting
Meetings of the Friends of the Library are usually held the first Tuesday of the month, September - June, at 7:00 PM. The Friends help support the Library through fundraising efforts and volunteer events throughout the year.
