A message from PTO: Please help us spread some holiday cheer at CHS! On Wednesday, December 18th teachers and staff will be treated to hot cocoa, baked holiday treats and a small token of our appreciation in their boxes. THANK YOU Clayton's for your continued support and generosity this holiday season!
We would love your support by either donating a $10 gift card or by baking or buying your favorite holiday treat. The $10 gift cards will be gifted to the 120 amazing teachers and staff at CHS. We could not do what we do without your support, our wonderful parents. Your generous donations will help us celebrate our teachers and staff and help spread a little holiday cheer! Please make your donation here

Independent Study Contract: California has changed the Independent Study Contract requirements for 2024-25. Currently, students who have a planned absence of 1 (or more) consecutive days of school may complete an Independent Study Contract with the prior approval of a CHS administrator. When successfully completed, an ISC enables students to remain on track with their learning in the classroom. It also allows the District to recoup the loss of funding caused by the absence. In order to be approved, please submit an ISC request to the front office at least three school days before the absence begins to allow teachers an opportunity to organize the work for students. For more information, please contact Noila Perri (noila.perri@coronadousd.net) in the main office.
Students Leaving Early: Please remember to contact the office, in advance, via note or phone call if your student will be leaving campus early. Students MUST be checked out through the office and are required to have a pass to be released from their classroom.
Absences: To verify an absence, please contact Doris Ricks in the attendance office at 619-522-8907 EX. 2094. Or, complete and submit the CHS Parent Verification of Attendance Form (Google) or complete this PDF form and email to: chsattendance@coronadousd.net
