School Spotlight
Mrs. Balchune's third-grade class learned about entrepreneurship during their most recent Junior Achievement lesson!
In sixth grade, students read a text called "Who Wants to Move to Mars?" and selected items off of a choice menu to apply what they learned. Some of the groups created fact and opinion games with the text.
Students in Mrs. Wilson's fourth-grade class played a whole class version of Snakes and Ladders to review prepositional phrases this week. They had fun and reviewed an important concept!
Preservice teachers from LVC visited this week to take our sixth-grade students through the annual Probability Fair. During this time, our students were engaged in a number of games and activities where they had to build, expand, and apply their learning!
This week third and fourth-grade students in the AC Kids Chorus performed a variety of Disney Classics for families. They took this show on the road to share a little of this magic at senior centers and retirement homes in the area.
