Good afternoon, CPE Parents & Families!

Thank you for supporting your students' attendance by getting them to school on time daily. We also want to reach out to you to let you know the exciting things Carroll Peak has to offer for your student in November!

On November 10th, 2023, if your student has been here every day of the 2nd 6-week grading period, which runs from September 25th to November 3rd they will be included in our Popcorn Party! That’s right; your child will get to celebrate with a snack because they came to school every day for this six weeks.

Our pre-k and kindergarten students will work towards a CHIPS AND JAMMERS party! This means every day that the entire class is present, they will fill in one letter from their chips and jammers poster. If it gets completely colored in, their classroom will celebrate with chips and a drink!

Thank you for allowing us to celebrate your students' success and ensuring their education is our priority! Also, we want to let you know that our Fall Carnival will be Thursday evening on October 26th. We hope to see everyone there!

Breakfast Hours 7:40-8:00am.

Please make sure your students is on time. Breakfasts are not served after 8:00am.

Tardies/ Early Dismissals

Students who are tardy or picked up early miss valuable instruction time. Please get students to school on time, and schedule appointments for after school or on school holidays.

Students who arrive late must be brought to the office and signed in by the parent or guardian.

Parents who need to pick up students early must come to the front office no later than 2:30pm with a government-issued photo ID. Anyone without an ID and/ or not listed as an Emergency Contact will not be allowed to pick up the student.

To request a conference with your child's teacher, please email them or call the office to leave a message for the teacher to contact you during his/ her planning period.

We will continue designating one day per month for all birthday celebrations for that month. If you would like to send treats to celebrate your child's birthday, please send store bought treats on the date listed here for his/her birthday month. Please reach out to the homeroom teacher if you have any questions.

Student Cell Phone Policy

Students are not permitted to use cell phones during the school day. Phones are not to be seen or heard. Students caught violating this policy are subject to having their device collected by a staff member. Parents will be notified and can collect the device at the end of the school day. Due to this policy, parents are asked to not call, text or email during school hours for any reason. In case of emergency, please call the office, and a message will be delivered to the student. The school bears no responsibility for any personal device brought to school. Repair or replacement of devices will be the owner's responsibility.
