As we wrap up a week filled with meaningful conversations and unexpected challenges, I want to take a moment to thank each of you—our dedicated staff, supportive families, and resilient students.
Parent-teacher conferences are a part of our partnership in education, and I appreciate the time, effort, and commitment our teachers and families put into student success. These conversations strengthen our connections and help ensure every student has the support they need to be successful.
This week also brought challenges that tested our resolve. I want to acknowledge the concern and stress from the recent school threat. Please know that our students' and staff's safety and well-being remain our highest priority. I am grateful for the swift response of our local law enforcement and school staff, who worked to ensure that our schools remained safe places for learning.
Challenges will come, but together, we face them with care, communication, and a shared commitment to our students. Thank you for everything you do to make Bellevue a place where learning, growth, and safety remain at the heart of everything we do.
Wishing you all a restful and well-earned weekend.

Great News!

- We cannot praise our staff and students enough regarding the incident on Wednesday. The quick and appropriate decisions made by staff and students were praised repetitively by the Eaton County Sherriff's Department.
Please consider supporting our literacy project. We are building robots from recycled materials. Please donate: Kleenex boxes (or similar small cardboard boxes), paper towel rolls, cereal boxes, shoeboxes (or any other sturdy cardboard boxes), plastic bottle caps, buttons, bottle tops, straws, and other small recyclables, Foil, string, and tape
