March is here which means Summer Camp registration is near! Please be sure to review all of the information in the newsletter below.
In this newsletter you will find important information in regards to our program such as; the After School Payment Calendar, Holidays, how to contact your Site Directors, and much more! So please be sure to check it out and as always we greatly appreciate you choosing the Extended Day Program for your childcare needs!

Registration Opens March 18th, 2024!
Spots are limited. Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
Flyers will be available for pickup at each campus soon.

- Congratulations to Miss Melanie, our Riojas Site Director, she is now a Site Director II and will be teaming up with Mrs. Becky, our Carpenter Site Director II, to run our Ruth Barron Summer Camp!
- Congratulations to Miss Kasha, our Rowe Lane Site Director, she is now a Site Director II and will be teaming up with Miss Kestan, our Timmerman Site Director II, to run our Caldwell Summer Camp!

After School Payment Reminder
- Registration Fees and Tuition are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- All After-School Tuition is due on the first calendar day of each month.
- A $25 Late Payment Fee will be added after the fifth calendar day of each month.
- Students will be removed from the program after the tenth calendar day of each month for outstanding balances on tuition and fees. If dismissed due to nonpayment, the parent/guardian is responsible for providing alternate after school care for the student beginning on the date of dismissal.
- The Registration Fee must be paid again and the outstanding balance must be cleared prior to re-enrollment, provided there is availability at the campus.
- There will be no refunds or credits for inclement weather conditions, school closures, student behavioral issues, or missed field trips/enrichment activities.
- Tuition and Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event your student is suspended or removed from the program for any reason.
Financial Aid
That's right the Extended Day Program does offer financial aid for the After School Program. However, in order to possibly qualify you must first show proof of CCS denial and/or that you are on the wait list to receive CCS services. What can I do in my Eleyo Parent Portal?
- Make Payments
- Setup Auto Drafts
- Print Receipts
- Print Tax Statements (Those of you that attended EDP during the 22-23 School Year will receive a Procare Tax Statement & an Eleyo Tax Statement.)
- Add/Remove Pickup People
- Add/Remove Emergency Contacts (Per licensing we are required to have at least one emergency contact on file that is not a parent/guardian. In order for them to be considered and emergency contact they must be within 1 hour of pickup and we must have their full name, address, and phone number.)
- Register for the 23-24 After School Program
- Register for the 23-24 All Day Outs
- Register for Fall, Winter, & Spring Break Camp once registration opens.
