Hello Pioneer Families!
Our annual Harvest Festival takes place this Friday, October 25th! The ticket booth will be located in front of the school and opens up at 4:30pm, gates open at 5:00pm.
Please note: Every person needs a wristband to enter through the gate. This is a new policy put in place this year to ensure the safety and security of our BES Pioneers and their families.
**If you have not purchased a wristband yet, they will be available for purchase from the ticket booth: $5.00 for ORANGE (no games, entrance only) and $25 for PURPLE (all access, games, etc.)
A few last minute reminders and announcements:
- Costumes: We encourage you to choose conscientious costumes for the Festival so please use this reference when choosing what to wear to the Harvest Festival.
- Donations: Please reference the flyers linked to the Harvest Festival eFlyer below; we still need: 👉 Cupcakes, 👉 2 Liter sodas, and 👉 bags of Candy.
- Volunteers: We need volunteers for both the inflatables and the Mid-High Striker booth. Please see sign up below below. 👇
