Picture Retake Day
Retake day is for new students, transfer students, or for anyone who may have missed the initial picture day, OR for anyone who was unhappy with their original picture and would like to give it another try. If a student would like the retake photo to replace the original photo, please have the student return the original picture package to the photographer on picture day. They will replace the original package at no additional cost.
If this is the first time being photographed, just have the student/staff go to the camera and we’ll create a proof for them that will be sent to the school (and/or to their family email if we have that information). These proofs will be delivered approx. 4 weeks after picture day. An order code will be on the proof along with ordering instructions.
HMS Community Read
HMS Community Read November 14th 7-8pm in the Hopkinton Middle School Library
Please join us for the inaugural HMS Community Read on November 14th from 7 - 8pm in the Hopkinton Middle School library. Students and families are invited to read Jacqueline Woodson’s Harbor Me and to come together for an evening to engage in discussions and activities centered around the book. As the characters discover in the novel, time spent together sharing their stories is a powerful way to build connection and community. Likewise, we hope that this event will serve to further grow our “active community of strong minds and kind hearts” at HMS. On November 14th we have the opportunity to make connections with one another and to celebrate diversity, creativity, and respect. All readers in your home are welcome to attend! If you will be able to join us, please fill out the HMS Community Read RSVP form.

Aishwarya Vijay, a junior at Hopkinton High School, is running an art supply donation drive in an effort to make art kits for children in need. These kits will be distributed to children at Project Just Because, a local food shelter and charity organization in Hopkinton. Any art supplies in good condition (pencils, crayons, markers, coloring books, erasers, etc.) are welcome!
