FAFSA
FREE Application for Federal Student Aid
Attention Senior Parents,
The FAFSA (FREE Application for Federal Student Aid) will officially open December 1st for this year’s senior class. Regardless of financial situation, it is recommended all senior students apply and submit their FAFSA to any higher institutions they are considering attending. The application is FREE. Submitting the FAFSA does NOT consent for loans to be dispersed. Transportation
Reminder Regarding FHS Parking Tags
ALL students who drive to school MUST have a 2024/25 parking tag displayed from their rearview mirror to park in the student lots at Fraser High School. These tags are blue or gray in color. Previous year tags are not valid. Security checks for valid tags, along with enforcing all the FHS Driving & Parking Lot Rules, will continue throughout the school year. Untagged vehicles may be ticketed or towed. Students who violate the parking rules may have their permit suspended or revoked and face the possibility of disciplinary action (suspension from school) by the school’s administration.
Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors may purchase parking permits before or after school in Mr. Baker’s office, room #2710. Permits are sold on a “first come, first served” basis. Parking Permit Applications are available in all the Asst. Principal Office locations.
Student Drop Off
As we look forward to another school year, please take a moment to review the process that we have in place for traffic flow in our parking lots, so that everyone can enter and exit as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- If you live in our bussing area, please have your child take the bus.
- If you need to drop your student off, please try to do so before 7:10. There is very little waiting at that time.
- Please use the Klein road parking lot for drop off. This parking lot is usually much less congested.
- If you use the Garfield parking lot, please pull to the curb to drop your child off, and then proceed down past the main entrance before turning left to get in line to exit. Please do not use the parking lanes before the main entrance to enter the exit line.
I know that waiting in line can be frustrating, but if we all work together and follow the above expectations, the process should be better for everyone.
Thank you for your help and support.
