In our current task, Wanted: Young Authors, students are grasping the concept of opposites. They will be writing stories that include opposites to share with other kindergarteners.
"Traditions Around the World" is our next task. Students will be learning about how people of different cultural backgrounds celebrate holidays. We will travel around the world to see how these traditions are the same and different to the traditions we celebrate. Students will also learn how they can show respect and spread kindness to others even when our traditions are different. "Traditions Around the World" will launch the week of December 9th.
