We will be having our final school store of the year on Thursday, 5/30/24 and Friday, 5/31/24.

Please see the accompanying flyers for the time that your child's class will be shopping.

20th Anniversary items are on sale and new store items include water bottle stickers and a Spirit stuffed animal.

Paper copies of the order forms will be sent home Tuesday 5/28/24.

All students were provided with a 1-to-1 device at the beginning of the school year. To keep student devices in good condition, it is necessary to perform annual updates and maintenance. Accordingly, each school conducts student device collection at the end of the school year.

Vernfield Elementary will be collecting all student devices on Thursday, May 30. It is important to make sure that the following items are returned:

• Device (iPad for grades K to 4 and laptop for grade 5)
• Device case
• Charging cord
• Charging “block”

Please see the important information below regarding replacement costs:

-Devices and/or accessories provided by the school district, either not returned or returned damaged, are subject to a replacement cost per the terms of the Student/Parent Agreement for Mobile Device Use. The Agreement can be found on the 1-to-1 Computing web page on the school district website at: Mobile Device Use Agreement

-Payment for lost or damaged devices can be made via cash or check (payable to Souderton Area School District) at the school, or online at: Online Payment
