A+ Attendance
Your student's consistent attendance this year is making a significant impact. According to a study by Attendance Works, students with good attendance habits are four times more likely to succeed academically. Thank you for your ongoing support in fostering a positive learning environment for your student.
Last week, 86% of our students had perfect attendance. Wow! Congratulations to these 5 students for being drawn as our A+ Attendance winners (from left to right) Neel Patel, Beckett Brown, Charlotte Kling, Lilliana Dronen, and Victoria Nieves.
Keep up the great work Brummitt Families!

Good luck to all our 3rd graders taking the test next week!
4th grade will be testing the week of April 21st.
Sincerely,
Mr. Cammarata and Mr. Jenks

Buddy Bag Program
The Duneland schools have partnered with NWI No Child Hungry to provide Buddy Bags for students in need.
The Buddy Bag program is designed to help fight childhood hunger. Buddy Bags are kid-friendly sacks of food that are sent home with students on Fridays to ensure they have enough to eat on the weekend. In each bag, students get a shelf-stable breakfast, lunch, dinner, fruit cup, applesauce, sweet snack, and salty snack. Each student who participates in the Buddy Bag program receives meals for both Saturday & Sunday.
Currently this program is for students in grades K-6. If you have more than one student the program will provide a bag for each student that is signed up. Sign Up Here if you would like your student(s) to be enrolled in the Buddy Bag Program
The program is free of charge and is run anonymously in partnership with NWI No Child Hungry and their generous sponsors. For more information about this program, or if you would like to make a donation, you can check out the NWI No Child Hungry website.
For other questions about the program, contact our school counselor, Mrs. M.
