Dress Code Expectations
Baseball hats, cowboy hats, wave caps, bandanas, stocking caps, and other headgear are not allowed as part of the daily dress code.
As it gets colder, please remember that while hoodies are okay to wear to school, the hood should not be worn in the hallways or classrooms. The hood part of the hoody covers up a student's ears and keeps a student with earbuds from being able to participate in learning. Classrooms are hoody, headgear, and earbud free zones.
It is a District Rule that cell phones are not allowed to be used during instructional time. A student should not be using a cell phone during class unless the teacher allows it as part of an instructional activity.

Parents and Friends of Santa Fe (PFSF)
Edmond Santa Fe is fortunate to have tremendous parent and community support for our school programs. Since the school opened, our Parents and Friends of Santa Fe (PFSF) has supported our school in a variety of ways. With changes to the Federal Healthy Foods Law a few years ago, our group was no longer allowed to sell Icees at lunch which caused the group to adjust and become a donation-based organization rather than a fund-raising organization. Support has continued for school beautification (plants and flowers), the food pantry (to help our students in need), and support for students and teachers (scholarships and teacher appreciation), but what we have found is that there is no longer a need for a booster club to make these things happen.
It is a good situation when our school can encourage parents and community friends to support specific Santa Fe Programs (Athletics, Fine Arts, Career Tech, Academics) rather than contributing to an umbrella organization. Our school at-large receives adequate financial resources from Edmond Schools to meet our daily needs. We want you to support the activities your students are most involved in.
Moving forward, PFSF will not serve as a school booster club but will instead become a group that seeks donations only a few times each year to continue to help in the same areas as before. This year, there will once again be a scholarship given by PFSF for the male and female Seniors chosen by the faculty as the PACK Award Winners. There will also be opportunities to help with campus beautification, the food pantry, and with teacher appreciation. Be looking for more information about how you can help support Santa Fe by making a donation as a Parent and Friend of Santa Fe.
