Fall Festival & Ice Cream Social
Mark your calendars for the Fall Festival & Color Run on October 5th from 11:00am - 2:00pm at the White Eagle Elementary School playground! This year, we will be hosting our rescheduled Ice Cream Social at the Fall Festival & Color Run. Ice cream will be donated by Andy's Custard & White Eagle themed swag will be provided by Ondrea Weikum Grill of Compass Realty. Entertainment will be provided by everyone's favorite disc jockey, DJ Suave Smooth and there will be fun fall themed activities for the kids, prizes, & concessions.
A small army of VOLUNTEERS is needed to make this even successful. Please signup today to help us bring the event to life for the kids!
Attention Volunteers
We love our White Eagle volunteers!! This year, the district has implemented a new process for those parents/guardians wishing to volunteer in District 204 schools. ALL parents/guardians wishing to volunteer must fill out an online application that will be processed by the district. Please Note: This form must be submitted electronically. Please do not print out paper copies.
The form must be completed several weeks BEFORE you wish to start volunteering in the school. This only needs to be done once and is valid for the entire school year. Volunteer opportunities include: LMC helpers, mystery classroom readers and helping with classroom parties & other PTA events. Parents/guardians will still be asked to provide a valid form of identification (valid driver's license, Real ID, passport) when they come into the building to volunteer.
Teachers & the PTA will send out information when volunteer opportunities are available. If you anticipate that you may want to volunteer at any point during the school year, we highly encourage you to go ahead and fill out the online application linked above.
Newcomers' Resource Guide
