- 30 Ways to Say Yay! Mrs. Conley is an amazing teacher, mentor, sponsor, and staff member at McMillan. The list is too long to write, but I'll try: Science teachers, coach, YMCA Lion's PRIDE guru, leader in her department, Gifted/Gate co-coordinator, fundraiser, momma, and so much more in our school. If there's a task to be done - yo- she solves it! Mrs. Conley is a force on 2nd floor, and such a powerful motivator for so many of our students and staff. Way to go Mrs. Conley!

30 Ways to Say Yay! - Mr. Walter is such an amazing teacher and his classroom is a place of refuge and learning for our students in Social Studies. He talks the talk and walks the walk through his travels to exotic places, and he inspires students to think/work outside of themselves to learn. His lessons are engaging, his humor is funny, he covers other staff members all the time, and he is truly amazing. Thank you Mr. Walter for all you do at McMillan, and for being an all-around stand-up dude and drummer!

30 Ways to Say Yay - Mrs. Price is likely one of the nicest people you will ever meet. If you look up "ethic of care" in the dictionary, she is pictured. She goes out of her way to help and all students/staff. She carries a caseload at McMillan and Pine Elementary, works to help out all students through IEP's and plans to help them be successful, and is one of the longest tenured staff person's in our building. She is amazing to say the least. We are so thankful that Mrs. Price is a part of our community at McMillan and calls this one of her homes!

Mrs. Weinandt - the "Swiss Army Knife" at McMillan who can virtually do anything, help anyone, and takes great pride in asserting herself as a classroom leader, student advocate, and all-around great person to pick the brain of. Ms. Weinandt is a testing guru, puts forth the story of McMillan on all of our social media platforms, and covers classes, attends district-level PD, to bring the success of McMillan to light for so many. We could not do it without Ms. Weindandt, and our entire community is positively affected by her presence, perseverance and experience. Way to go Ms. Weindandt!

Being safe at McMillan is job one. Do not open any door for any human to get into this building. All adults have keys and cards, and all students must enter and check into the door. Officer Aquazzino does door checks 4 x daily to ensure we are secure. Do your part, and never prop a door open.
