June 4, 2025
Hello Wildcat Families!
Welcome to the final edition of the Wildcat News for the 2024-2025 school year!! What a year it has been!! From field day to the Arrowhead Camp for our 5th grade, there has been no lack of excitement around here these days. There is still lots more in store as teachers wrap up their gradebooks and say their goodbyes to our wonderful students for the summer. And speaking of summer, be sure to check out the summer reading log below! Hard copies were sent home to students. Completed logs should be turned into Mrs. Lepka at the start of the school year for a prize provided by the PTO!!
Also, it's not too soon to think about school supplies for next year!! Once again the PTO is having a fundraiser through the School Toolbox where you can order all of your child's supplies for the year in a one-stop shop. The supplies are already bundled based on grade level needs and the PTO gets a kickback on purchases. Check it out below!
Here's what's happening the last week of school:

5th Grade Send-Off
The 5th grade send off will be on June 12th beginning at 10:00 a.m. and ending by 11:00 a.m. on the back soccer field! This is a BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair) event. Parents are asked not to arrive before 9:30 as not to disrupt the drop-off line. 5th grade families will receive information regarding the event by their classroom teachers. All 5th graders should arrive at school at the normal time to start the day with their class. Please note if any WTE siblings plan on attending the send-off with their family, then June 11th will be their last day of school with their class. This will need to be indicated in Pick Up Patrol and siblings should arrive to to school with their family and head directly to the back field.
Goodbye 5th Graders!!
Thank you PTO!!
I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to our PTO Executive Board (Janice Stief, Katie Cloutman, Sue Gramling, Gale Piccoli and Amanda Graziola) for the countless hours of behind-the-scenes work that brought so many meaningful events and lasting memories to our school community this year. From planning schoolwide events to managing budgets and communicating details for numerous fundraisers, your dedication has made a tremendous impact. We are also deeply grateful to the many parent volunteers who stepped up to lead committees or generously gave their time to support our students. Your commitment and teamwork truly make our school a special place!
