We're excited to begin the tradition of pre-game tailgates for all Gridiron Club Members. This exclusive tailgate will be hosted by the Gridiron Club and will provide members an opportunity to come together pre-game and fuel up to cheer on our Danes! Be on the lookout for more information, including tailgate themes, in the next few weeks.

Senior Family Photos will take place on Sunday, July 14th. Lindsay French has sent texts with sign up information. We are still missing some of our senior families. Photos will take 15-20 minutes and all photos will be provided (free of charge) to families. Each senior family photo will be included in our 2024 Season Program.

Our 2nd team fundraiser kicks off on July 29th. To prep for this fundraiser, start gathering 20+ email addresses. Historically, this is our biggest fundraiser of the year.

This fundraiser is a great opportunity for family and friends to support your athlete, and Denmark Football, through a secure online donation. NO donation is too small!

Athletes will have the opportunity to earn incentives for varying levels of participation.

Information for this fundraiser (how to load email addresses and personalize your athlete's donor page) will come in the next newsletter and via email. We expect 100% of our athletes participate and enter 20+ email addresses.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 10th! We'll kick off the season family reunion style. This potluck is for ALL members of the Denmark Football team and their family members. The main dish will be provided and athlete families can sign up to bring sides. We hope your family will join us!

We're excited to partner with Cherry Street Brewing for the 2024-2025 season. Following all (local) Varsity football games, grab your family and friends and join us for light food and comradery. Cherry Street is offering Denmark Football fans a late-night, limited menu and a discount on all food purchases. We can't wait to start this new tradition!

The gridiron club is working to increase the usability of our website and have added new features that will be helpful throughout the season. Most importantly, there is a Google Calendar specific to the class of 2028 (9th grade) and another calendar specific to the JV/Varsity teams. You'll find practice and game schedules as well as other pertinent team information. Each of the following are links to specific pages on the football website.

* Open your google calendar

* Click the settings icon (if you are on your computer it's in the upper right hand corner)

* Select Settings from the drop-down menu

* Click on Import/Export on the left side

* Upload the file you want and designate whose calendar it should import to (if you have more than one)

Throughout the season, we will link all photo galleries here. Please encourage your athlete to credit the photographer when sharing images on social media.
