Principal's Message
Thomas Families,
This week, we hosted a TIGER Time assembly for the whole school. The message for the month was TIGERs can be trusted, and we focused on the difference between being a bystander and an upstander.
Kids are kids, and they are going to make mistakes with their behavior. That’s the beauty of school: a place where it’s safe to make mistakes, where you’ll be supported and taught in response, and there’s a chance to recover. But we also want a school culture where everyone (kids and grown-ups) fiercely believes in our values, and they’re willing to stand up for those values. We appreciate upstanders!
Go Tigers,
Melissa Garris
