ParentPortal is updated with quarter progress grades or final grades (for 6th grade exploratory only.) We are also mailing these home to you, so be on the lookout. Remember, we have no school for students on November 4 and 5. We will see everyone back on November 6.
On Wednesday, November 13, we are having our Career Night from 6:00-7:30 pm. RSVP below for more detai Our counseling team has worked hard to bring in guest speakers, special activities, and a chance to get a free Chick-Fil-A sandwich on this night. This is our second annual Career Night and our goal is to have over 100 students attend!!
Current 8th grade families, please be on the lookout for a separate email from me with information about transition nights from AHS

Toy Lift
- Toy Lift provides toys and books to area children ages newborn through 8th grade.
- If you’re looking for assistance with gifts around this holiday season, please consider signing up for this year’s Toy Lift:

- Applications are available from October 1-November 12th. Late applications will not be accepted.
- Families, you may only apply to one organization. Please understand that duplicate applications will not be processed.
Weekly Food Bags
Could your family use some extra groceries?
Journey Middle School is in partnership with a local church and will provide a weekly bag of canned goods and snack items to families at no cost.
Food bags will be sent home with students each Thursday.
