Summer 2025 Highlights
Hello Trojan Families!
Welcome to the Summer of 2025!
It has been an eventful and successful year at Homer Community Schools. Thank you all for your partnership and support this school year. We are so thankful for each of our families and are blessed to be part of the Homer Community alongside of you.
As you enjoy your summer break, look for opportunities to continue to learn through using some of our online platforms (Read 180, Math 180, IXL, Waggle etc.), visit the library, go on some educational trips to a nearby zoom or museum and most importantly, READ! So much research is tied to regular reading and this activity supports growth in all content areas as well as strengthens you brain.
HAVE A FANTASTIC SUMMER AND WE WILL SEE YOU IN THE FALL!

THINKING ABOUT HOSTING A FOREIGN EXCHANGE STUDENT?
High school students from all over the world have decided to study in the United States of America. Pan Atlantic Foundation is here to help make those dreams come true. Pan Atlantic works with overseas partners who submit student applications for review. Students must meet a minimum GPA and English proficiency score before being accepted. Once students have been accepted into the High School Exchange Program here at PAF, their profiles are shared with area representatives who then work with wonderful families from across the US to help find a match.
