Booster Club Info
Looking ahead to the 2025–2026 school year, we're seeking new leadership for our Choir Booster Club. Several board positions will be open as senior parents step down. Our Booster Club is run by committed parents who take on manageable roles throughout the year, and we'd love for you to join!
Open Positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, VP of Fundraising & Scholarships, Volunteer Coordinator
Parent involvement is crucial to our program's success. Join us at our final Booster Club meeting on Tuesday, April 29, to learn more. Questions? Contact Shannon Jacobson at stjacobson@gmail.com or Mr. Stultz at sstultz1@kleinisd.net.
We still have a few volunteer spots open for Pop Show concessions on May 6—sign up using the link below if you're interested!
Chorale Celebration of Excellence Recap
On Monday, Chorale participated in the Celebration of Excellence contest at the Centrum, earning superior ratings from all judges and a Performance of Distinction. Congratulations to Chorale on an outstanding contest season!
Uniform Return
We’re now collecting formal choir uniforms. Students must dry clean their dress or tux (jacket and pants) and return it, along with the dry cleaning receipt and their name, by May 1. A clothing rack will be available before and after school. All uniforms are due by Thursday, May 1. Unreturned uniforms may affect spring final exam exemptions, as they are Klein ISD property.
Choir Auditions
Choir auditions for the 25–26 school year will begin soon during class and continue into the coming weeks, wrapping up by mid-May. Students auditioning for Chorale and/or Chamber Choir must have a signed contract. All audition information and contracts will be distributed in class next week and posted on Schoology. Students auditioning for Chamber Choir may be asked to attend callbacks on Tuesday, May 13, from 2:45–4:00 PM. If you’d like extra sight-reading practice, visit sightreadingfactory.com for helpful resources!

Raffle tickets can be purchased at Pop Show for a chance to win these baskets! Our booster club is putting together 4 themed baskets (1 basket that each class is responsible for). Click the button below to sign up and donate. Items are due by Thursday, May 1.

-

Additionally, our booster club will sell concessions during the Pop Show intermission. We’re asking choir families to donate concession items via the SignUpGenius link below. If you’d like to help the night of the show or have any questions about donated items, please contact our volunteer coordinator, Tara Volovar (lealtara@gmail.com)
Banquet
Banquet tickets are on sale now through Friday, May 2 for $25 per person. Students and parents are welcome to attend! Join us for a fun evening of awards, photos, dancing, and great food. The banquet will be held on Thursday, May 8, from 5–9 PM at the Klein Multi-Purpose Center.
TMEA All State Camps 2025
Current freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, start preparing for the TMEA All-State auditions! It’s a great chance to compete for Region Choir and possibly make the All-State Choir. A list of All-State Choir Camps hosted by Texas universities is linked below. These camps are essential for learning the audition music before school starts. Chamber Choir members are required to participate in the All-State process next fall, so attending a camp is highly recommended. Check out the camps and start planning your summer!
