Winship Family News
November 2023

Winship Families,
Thank you for attending Conferences in October. Once again, we had an incredibly high turnout for our families; 95% of our families attended. It is another great indicator of how much our Parent and Teacher teams value education and value working together. Spring Conferences are in March. Until then, let's stay in regular communication.
We continue to celebrate all of the wonderful students in the classroom and during our school wide assemblies. Included in this Newsletter are pictures of our most recent students of the month! Thank you to our parents and our teachers for modeling a positive attitude and a growth mindset!
Please note the following items related to snacks in school.
1. We are unable to bring birthday snacks to school to celebrate student birthdays.
2. All school snacks must meet the below requirements including having a nutrition label and that the first ingredient is not sugar. Candy is not allowed.
Please see the attached letter on the Snack Policy. The full policy can be found on the district website and is also outlined in our student handbook. Thank you!
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call our school office!
