Friendly reminder that there is NO SCHOOL on Monday, September 30th due to Teacher Professional Development.

Parents are reminded that by 9:00 AM on the day your student is absent, parents/guardians must notify the Main Office reporting the absence. Absences not reported by parents/guardians will be marked “unexcused” and will remain unexcused until we receive notification as follows:

Please include student's full name, grade, date(s) and reason for the absence.

1. EMAIL the absence to PJJacobs-Attendance@pointschools.net

2. Leave a VOICEMAIL or CALL any time to the Main Office at 715-345-5422

Students who had their pictures taken on Picture Day, September 12th and 13th, will receive their photos on Tuesday, October 1st.

Parents may view their photos online. To order and view photos, log in to your account on mylifetouch.com or create an account using your student's student ID number. All families can also log on and order a FREE Digital SmileSafe card. More about the Smilesafe program here.

Picture RE-TAKE Day is on October 10th.

NOTE #1: If your student purchased a picture package for the original Picture Day and would like to get a re-take, please have your student bring in the picture package they have received and turn it in to the photographer on re-take day.

NOTE #2: If your student did not purchase a picture package for the original Picture Day and is planning to get a picture taken on Re-take day, they should use the re-take picture Photo ID # to purchase a picture on line, or turn in a paper order form (cash/check orders) to the photographer on re-take day.

NOTE #3: If your student purchased a picture package for the original Picture Day, but was absent or did not get photographed, they do NOT need to complete a new order. Once their picture is taken on re-take day, their previous order will still be in the system and will be applied to their picture taken on re-take day.

Student Fee Statements will be sent home in the next week or two. Fees can be paid online via Skyward Family Access or to the main office with exact cash or check. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the main office at 715-345-5422.

Families are welcome to fill out a Fee Waiver if needed as well - Fee Waiver. Please turn these in to the main office. Thank you.

What exactly does this program offer for my child?

• Dental sealants (if appropriate) on primary and/or
• permanent teeth
• Fluoride varnishes (1-3 fluoride treatments)
• Tooth brushing instructions and oral health education
• Toothbrush and toothpaste
• A letter sent home explaining what services were completed and suggestions for further treatment after each visit
