March 7th 2025 Principal's Message
Hello Blevins Families,
Last night, I had the pleasure to watch our 7th and 8th grade orchestra students showcase their incredible musical talents at their concert, and it was outstanding. The dedication and hard work of our musicians were evident in every note. Thank you to our students, families, and music teachers who continue to support the arts in our school! Additionally, let's celebrate the strong finishes of our girls' basketball and wrestling teams. Their commitment, perseverance, and sportsmanship have been outstanding, and we are proud of all they have accomplished this season.
Another exciting event was hosting a tour from the Colorado Community College System, where visitors explored our Project-Based Learning (PBL) courses. It was a great opportunity to highlight the innovative and hands-on learning experiences our students engage in every day. This organization had a special interest in seeing how our courses prepare and excite students for Career Technical Education (CTE) courses in high school and beyond. Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm for PBL at Blevins!
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
Proudly,
Joe Zappa, Principal
