Thursday 5/26 (last day of school) is our traditional END OF YEAR MARCHING CAMP.

• 2:30PM-5:00PM - Indoor Music Rehearsal
• 5:00PM-6:00PM - Outdoor Marching Rehearsal
• 6:00PM-6:30PM - Short meeting on equipment storage
• 6:30PM - Dinner
• 7:00PM - Meeting

We will be having our annual end of year family cook-out and meeting on the last day of school, Thursday 5/26. This follows our End of Year Marching Camp. We will need lots of parent help and items for this event. Click the link below for the sign up to bring items or help the booster club cook food.

For those who signed up to help with concerts this week. Here is the schedule.

• 5/18 - McMillan Junior High: WHS AUDITORIUM. Set stage after school. Help with anything on stage for the concert. Do not leave until the stage is cleared (4:30PM-8:00)
  
• 5/19 - Cooper Jr. High/ Draper Intermediate: MONTGOMERY CENTER. Set MC after school. Help with anything on stage for the concert. Do not leave until the MC is cleared (4:30PM-8:30)

• 2022-23 TWB Leadership Workshop THIS Friday. SASI Leadership
• 5:00PM-9:00PM
• Band Hall
• Dinner will be served (free food)

Rehearsals this week: Technique Camp 5-7pm @WHS

• Be prepared to show new members how to tape flags
• Vets should have white practice flags taped on
• All members will be sized for costumes this week

Equipment

• Everyone should have checked their Solo & Ensemble flags BACK in by now
• Practice flags are back on poles, and rifle/sabers back to standard (black and white)
