• SAT & PSAT testing is complete. Students showed the ability to adapt to a changing schedule. Their resilience during these challenges has been tremendous.
• NHS Inducted 38 students for the 2024-25 school year.
• Symphony Band scored a one (Highest honor) at the State Band Festival.
• Gaylord Chamber Singers earned a Division I "Excellent" Rating at the State Choir Festival.
• The Blue Devil Wellness Center is finishing up the renovations that began during Winter break.

AP Exams begin in May.

GHS would like to offer you a great opportunity to buy a personal ad for the 2024/2025 yearbook for your student. Along with the picture(s), you may include quotes and/or congratulatory messages to your senior(s). Not only will your ad help finance the yearbook itself, but it will also give you, or your family, the chance to show your senior(s) how proud you are of their success, and how much they have grown. This can be a baby picture, group picture, or another senior picture. If you have questions email Hannah Romel at the address below.

7:35AM-8AM... Senior Breakfast on campus

8AM-9:45AM... Graduation Rehearsal- MANDATORY FOR SENIORS! Cap & Gown Needed.

9:45AM-10:45AM... Speeches in auditorium (parents are welcome, doors open 9:30AM)

10:45AM... Senior Walk followed by BBQ Lunch

10:45-3PM... Events on the Community Field will begin after the BBQ Lunch.

Safety and Security is top priority for Gaylord Community Schools and we wanted to provide a link for the state wide OK2SAY program. OK2SAY is the student safety program which allows students to confidentially report tips on potential harm or criminal activities directed at students, school employees, and schools. It uses a comprehensive communication system to facilitate tip sharing among students, parents, school personnel, community mental health service programs, and law enforcement officials about harmful behaviors that threaten to disrupt the learning environment.
