Hello from the Yelle.

BOOSTERTHON 2025 GLOW FUN RUN IS IN THE BOOKS!*

(*Fundraising efforts are still open for another week though)

As I have said every year I have been here at the Yelle, the #HAYNation Community is absolutely one of a kind! I CANNOT THANK YOU Enough! You are fabulous, and I will say more about that below! Thank you!

As I try to do each week, I use the big picture above to tell the story of the week in pictures for us here at the Yelle.

This week the Big Picture (as well as the background with this year's awesome T-shirt design) is all about Boosterthon Glow Fun Run! It is truly an incredible, special experience for our students! We hope and always hear how it is one of their top memories of our students' Yelle careers. We cannot thank everyone enough who helps to make this such a wonderful experience for our students, starting with you, our parents and families! You are the BEST! Our HAY PTO for all their work! Nate The Great, Dan The Man, and everyone else from Booster! Thank you all so much! More below.

Hello #HAYNation!

Boosterthon 2025 Glow Fun Run Was Such a SUCCESS!

I believe the pictures (above and below) and all the videos (on our Instagram feed) really do

speak to the unbelievable Successful of this experience is for our kids!

They have the BEST time running in the Glow Gym!

They also had a wonderful time with Great Nate these two past weeks in their classrooms,

greeting them in the morning, playing with them at recess, and then getting back

into their classes for special events like being pied in the face or silly-stringed!

The fundraising efforts of all of you, I cannot say enough about!

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Again, I am blown away, yet again, by your kindness, generosity, and support!

Our goal this year was to raise $20,000 to hopefully finish paying off our playground project. The main structure went in a couple of years ago and there have been rave reviews from the students. Still to go is an overhaul of the current swing sets as well as install some ADA compliant swings. And with any more monies we have left, it will be going to assemblies, Vending Machine books, Yearbooks, and more. And, as of this posting, we are at over $24,000!

THAT IS SO AWESOME!

And WE ACHIEVED IT!

So, Mr. Geoghegan & Mr. Bielawa will have something special for everyone before the end of the school year. We have kissed pigs, exotic animals, jousted as knights, and been slimed in the past, so we know we have to do something great. And great it will be!
