• PE: 1st-5th

• Noon Dismissal- NO AFTERCARE
• Red and Green Free Dress
• 9:00 AM School Mass

• Please login to FACTS and check your upcoming tuition and fees payments. Any changes or adjustments need to be made 4 business days prior to the due date. The office will be closed December 20 - January 6.
  
• Please verify in FACTS that there are 2 parent phone numbers listed for each child. We still have several families that have listed the same phone number for both parents or only one phone number.
  
• Please note: If you bring your child's lunch late, please have it in the office 10 minutes prior to lunch starting. Lunches begin at:
• Middle School: 11:50
• Kindergarten: 12:00
• 4th-5th: 12:10
• Pre-K, 1st-3rd: 12:30
• If lunch is being delivered through DoorDash or Uber Eats please email front office so they are aware.
• Please be sure to email attendance@ollv.org if your child is absent or leaving early.

What to wear: Students should wear their "Sunday Best" dress to school on Tuesday, December 17th for rehearsal AND to the performance that evening. Students should wear dress shoes or their school shoes with their "Sunday Best."

PK-4th Grade

Please drop your student off to their classroom at 5:15 PM, this performance will start at 5:30 PM. We ask parents to stay for the entirety of this performance. Once this performance has ended parents will be excused to pick up their child from the classroom, we will follow after school dismissal protocols.

There will be a 30 minute intermission between the two performances to allow the church to clear out and allow for the upper grade families to enter the church, approximately 6:15 PM-6:40 PM. Please be patient in the parking lot during this time. If you have a child in the lower AND upper grades, please pick up your child in the lower grades and then return for the upper grades performance in the church.

5th-8th Grade

Please drop your student off to their homeroom classroom between 6:15 PM and 6:25 PM, this performance will start at 6:40 PM.

Should you wish to volunteer in your child's classroom or be a chaperone on a field trip please ensure that you have completed fingerprinting, background checks, and the CMG program. You may pick up a volunteer packet in the front office. Please know that this clearance process takes between four and six weeks.
