- DECIDE WHO FILLS THE FORM OUT BEFORE YOU SIGN UP FOR THE ROOM.
- Students room with Students, unless a student chooses to room with their parent.
- Adults room with Adults, unless your child WANTS to room with you. If you have no preference, a room mate will be selected for you.
- Names will disappear after being selected and submitted.

Greetings!
Here is an update for all things Ireland.
- Have your passport. It must be valid at least 6 months after travel.
- Put passport information into your account via the World Strides portal.
- Must have proof of vaccination to travel.
- Room list sign up will start WEDNESDAY 12/1. This will be done on a google sheet, so look for this in your email tomorrow.
- Rehearsal calendar will be released later this week. It will mostly be Mondays after school like we did marching band.
- All music has been chosen and will be released to you after the Holiday Concerts.
- Attached are our uniforms for the parade.
- We will have custom jackets and scarf made for the trip as well.
That is it for now. CHECK YOUR PASSPORT…there are certain things I cannot save you from and this is one of them.

You are receiving this email because you are listed on the manifest for our Ireland trip! Below is some information regarding the trip that you MUST review.
1. Passports need to be valid for 6 months and 1 day past the return date of our trip. This is the time to apply or update if necessary. It is currently taking 3-6 months to process new passport information, the time to do this is NOW. Please phone WorldStrides at 800-468-5899 to add/update passport information ASAP!
2. For any adults planning for a Land Only option or a Flight Deviation please call Customer Service ASAP to initiate the process. Here is important information:
- Land-only: Some Program Leaders may opt for the group to arrange for your own airline tickets and begin your tour at the first hotel at destination. You are solely responsible for transport to/from airports, including the ground transport to meet/depart from the group. For some of our tours, individual participants may opt to arrange your own airline tickets and join the group at the hotel at the first overseas destination your tour fee will reflect the discounted land only rate. You may select this option upon enrollment or up to 110 days before departure and thereafter additional fees may apply. This option is not available less than 90 days before departure. Land only participants are responsible for their own airline tickets and airport transfers. If a participant books airfare prior to the trip being confirmed by an Account Manager, WorldStrides is not responsible for any flights.
3. Alternate departure airport: Depart from an airport different from your fellow group members. You pay the Tour Fee from the alternate airport, plus a service fee of $145 if requested up to 130 days before departure. If requested between 129-90 days before departure, the fee is $195. This option is not available less than 90 days before departure. Additional fees may apply, and your alternate airport must be one of Worldstrides’ gateways.
4. WorldStrides Performing Arts is integrating into a new operating system. The system itself is not new, but their team is being added to it. This is an upgrade for all of us and will allow you greater access to information as our tour to England and Scotland comes together. They've already moved many trips over and it's all gone well! However, there are a few things you should note for when our accounts are transferred:
- There are a few things that cannot be transferred, for your safety. Those things are your bank or credit card information for any payment plans and your passport information. When you first signed up and added all of that, your data was encrypted to protect you - so it cannot be retrieved and moved. It can be a touch annoying, but you will need to enter that information again either online through your accounts or by calling customer service at 800-771-5353.
- Your payment plans will be the same agreements you each made when you transferred over.
- Their new system also cannot process a payment for at least 30 days. This means your next payment date will likely be December, and it will necessarily be higher than what you are used to because there would be no November payment. That's ok! You can absolutely make a manual payment in November in order to keep your monthly transactions the same.

5. Ireland is requiring proof of vaccination to enter the country. This is not a Wylie Band or even a World Strides requirement, it is an Ireland requirement. If you have any questions, please call Ireland.
