Annual Update
Infinite Campus provides access to the required Annual Update and allows families to stay up-to-date on schedules, grades, assignments, attendance and more. If you are a new user or forgot your username or password, fill out an assistance form.
Before and After School Care
We offer Adventure Club for students in grades K-5 at each of our elementary schools. The first step in the process to be considered for a spot is to put your child on our waiting list.
Connect With Us!
Follow us on social media and learn more about how we contact you to ensure you are aware of district news, information and updates.
Learning Resources
Schoology is our learning management system. It allows our students, teachers and families to create, manage and share resources. If you do not have an activation code for your students(s), obtain one by contacting your school's main office. If you have a Parent Access code, activate your account.
Library Media Centers
KSD Library Media Centers serve as vital centers to enhance education, foster a lifelong love of learning, and equip students and staff with the skills needed to thrive in an information-rich world. Families can explore library resources available in their student's school through Destiny Discover. Students also have access to Sora, an app that provides access to ebooks and audiobooks through partnerships with public libraries. Families who wish to restrict student’s access to specific library resources must complete this form.
Meals and School-Related Purchases
My School Bucks allows families to set up and pay for student meal programs, iPad or laptop insurance, activity fees and other purchases. If you have already signed up for it and you had automatic payments set up last year, you will need to re-sign up for these automatic payments again this year.
Menus and Pricing
View meal prices and menus for breakfast and lunch. Families who qualify for free or reduced-price meals must fill out an application for the 2024-25 school year in order to receive free or reduced price meals. Even if you have filled out a form in the past, you will need to reapply for this school year.
The KSD N.O.W. program is available to supply an array of nutritious, non-perishable meals and snacks for children experiencing food insecurity, free of charge. During the 2024-25 school year, boxes will be distributed to families at their homes via delivery in a discreet and caring manner once per month. If you wish for your child(ren) to participate in the program, please visit KSD NOW's registration page.
Policies and Notices
Our district's student policies and required parental notifications are included in the District’s informational handbook.
Register a New Student
If you have not yet enrolled for the 2024-25 school year, please complete the enrollment process. Children need to reach age of 5 before August 1, 2024, to attend kindergarten for the 2024-25 school year.
Safe and Sound
We continue to work on ways to enhance safety and security in our buildings. That means continually updating our facilities, processes and protocols. View our Safe and Sound resources to learn more and find information on how to keep students safe in school, online and at home.
Transportation
Families may opt in for transportation when they register or complete the yearly annual update. If you need to update transportation, contact your school's registrar/enrolling secretary. If a student moves within the district and stays at the same school or does an in-district transfer, please inform the school.
Tech Support
Students needing tech support when not in school can reach out through Tech Chat to get information and troubleshoot issues.
Volunteer in Schools
We welcome the help and support of volunteers in our schools. Any person who wishes to become a Screened Volunteer in Kirkwood School District must complete the application on our website.
Once you submit the application, you will then receive an email with the directions on how to complete the required background checks (Fingerprint Background Check and registration with the Family Care Safety Registry).
