I want to thank you in advance for showing patience and grace as we begin our school year. We want to make the opening of school as smooth as possible. We had not received our new science textbooks when we were distributing textbooks, but they are now in and we will be distributing them on Wednesday, August 19th. We will follow the schedule and map given below.

In addition to picking up the science textbook, we have made arrangements for our photographer to take yearbook pictures. We are going to have a yearbook this year, so we ask that you come ready to look your best and get your picture taken. Before leaving the MPR, students will receive their ID card with their picture. A separate

e-mail will be sent if you choose to purchase pictures from Lifetouch.

On Wednesday, August 19th, we will follow this schedule:

Time Last Name

8:30-9:30 A – E

9:30-10:30 F – K

10:30-11:30 L – N

12:30- 1:30 O – R

1:30-2:30 S – Z

If you are unable to make the assigned time, textbooks will be available any time after August 19th. We will have a make-up picture day (TBD) in September.

On Wednesday, August 19th, students will enter the MPR from the parking lot, get their picture taken, walk across the quad to the back door of the media center, pick-up their science book, and exit the school out the front gate. BRING YOUR STUDENT PLANNER WITH THE BARCODE.
