Submitting College Apps Before The Early deadline!
First Things First
This year, more seniors than ever raced to meet the November 1st early action deadline, demonstrating a commitment to prioritizing what matters most—something it often takes a lifetime to master! Many have already received acceptance letters from CMU, Eastern, Wayne State, and MSU (among others). By putting college applications first, they’ve lifted a weight off their shoulders and can now enjoy their senior year without that lingering stress. Up next? It's time to tackle scholarship applications and complete the FAFSA!

Middle School Homework Clinic
The Eagle Scholars Homework Clinic runs on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:10-4:10 pm. A late bus will be available for bus riders; others will need to arrange a ride or walk home.
The clinic offers a space for students to catch up on late assignments, complete homework, or ask questions. A teacher will be present to assist, though it’s not one-on-one tutoring due to the typical group size of 15-20 students.
No sign-up is needed—just drop in! Homework Clinic runs through May, unless otherwise noted. Contact Ms. Wilson with any questions.

Thoughts From A Smart Person
Painter Vincent van Gogh on hope:
“Many people seem to think it foolish, even superstitious, to believe that the world could still change for the better. And it is true that in winter it is sometimes so bitingly cold that one is tempted to say, “What do I care if there is a summer; its warmth is no help to me now.”
Yes, evil often seems to surpass good. But then, in spite of us, and without our permission, there comes at last an end to the bitter frosts. One morning the wind turns, and there is a thaw. And so I must still have hope.”
