Principal's Message
Hello STEM Families!
I would like to thank you all for your dedication over the last month with attendance. We have one of the highest attendance rates in the district and that is because of each and all of you. Attendance is so important for your child's success in their education and the district can tell how much you care.
As we get ready for the week ahead, remember that the weather will continue to change throughout the day. Please make sure your child comes to school with a coat and gloves even if it is warmer in the morning. Along with the weather starting to warm up, now would be a great time to get mud or rain boots for your child to keep at school. With warmer weather means classes will begin to go outside for more interactive lessons and it is still a bit muddy on the trails.
We are one month away from the beginning of state testing. Our students have been hard at work preparing for success. Our teachers have seen a lot of growth in our students on their iReady tests the first half of the school year. Reading to and with your child makes a huge difference in their skills. By making reading a priority at home, students come more prepared to learn at school. Let's work together to make your child successful as state testing is quickly approaching.

Attendance Matters
We are just one week away from our attendance incentive for the third quarter coming to a close. On March 15th we will be doing a raffle for students and their families that have improved their attendance percentage over the quarter. We have several gift cards from local businesses that we are excited to give away!
