Year 7 Student Appreciations!
Mr Ellis would like to appreciate
My new form 7.4 for making a great start to their time in secondary school and mastering their new timetables. In particular I would like to appreciate Noor-Ul-Ain Ahmed and Simrah Ahmed for their amazing stretch boards that they made in preparation for coming to Kings!
Ms Ashraf would like to appreciate
My tutor group 7.1 who have behaved brilliantly from their first day and have shared their high aspirations and goals with me and each other. In particular I would like to appreciate Mustapha for his polite and respectful manner, Umar for his civility and always saying thank you, Alishbah for always listening attentively and for her excellent manner of tracking, Zainab for her excellent leadership skills and helping in keeping the classroom tidy, Shah Jahaan for his fantastic bright and enthusiastic attitude. On the whole, I am pleased to say that 7.1 are a bright and curious group and I am confident they will remain this way throughout the year.
Ms Ali would like to appreciate
Shah Jahan Nawaz in 7.1 for working extremely hard in English today and showing great enthusiasm and creativity when reading the extracts out to the class.
Ms Peake would like to appreciate
Saira Ali - for showing civility in form this week with another student when lending equipment.
Khadijah Naz - for showing diligence and using articulate answers during the stretch power-point.
Year 8 Student Appreciations!

8.2 Chael's Crouch - for completing her summer homework to an excellent standard. Well done!

Ms Harrison- always completing the admin behind orders very efficiently and saving me on a lot of time!
Ms Binns- fantastic support with all the new processes and changes we have had to consider this year.
Her communication has been excellent and she has been a strong support for all of the Year 7 tutors
Ms Aurangzeb- giving me her bottle of water, thank you!
The site team for their hard work ensuring everything is in place and their diligence in getting all the last minute changes in place ensuring a safe return to school for students and staff.
The Admin team for assisting with the new intake photos for Y7, special shout out for Miss Brindle for her assistance in getting all the new photos to the right resolution and uploading to Bromcom.
Mr Barnard for the fantastic timetable and his help in general

Mr Ayaaz for solving problems quickly and without fuss and communicating well, and for all his prep work to help things run as smoothly as possible.
Please can I give a massive appreciation to both Mr Dolphin and Mr Softley for their hard work and efforts in getting school ready and looking amazing after the summer holidays.
Could I please appreciate Ms Tariq for kindly offering to do the year 7 assessment in her IT class after we had computer issues! It was a massive help, thank you!
Please can I appreciate Mr Barnard for his fabulous representation of the new staggered timetable times.
All Y7 tutors and Miss Peake for ensuring that Y7 have had an excellent transition this week. Thank you all for supporting with communicating key messages and maintaining the high expectations of students.
All the admin team for your support with organising equipment for Y7 students, taking the photos/biometrics and setting up the equipment shop.
