Hello Sandhill Families,
We hope you enjoyed last week’s Sock Hop! It was a fantastic community-building event with wonderful attendance, and it truly brought our school community together.
A big thank you as well to everyone who attended our Family Conferences. It was so great to connect with so many of you, and your participation is so important to the success of your children. We appreciate your ongoing support and partnership.
Lastly, if you did not get a chance to look through the lost and found at conferences and would still like to - please contact our front office ASAP as much of the clothing will be donated early this week (Picture below).

Antiracism Project: Educating for Equity, March Resources
We are highlighting two events in March: Women’s History Month, World Day of Muslim Culture, Peace, Dialogue and Film, and International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. The LMS team has compiled the following resources for your review with your children this month. Resources are sorted in two parts: 1. Elementary students and 2. Middle & high school students.

WFK Updates
Butter Braid Fundraiser
Please note that Butter Braids will need to be picked up from Sandhill on Thursday, March 13 between 3pm and 6pm. We have limited freezer space to store orders that do not get picked up on time. We are also looking for a couple individuals to help hand out orders on March 13. The orders come already sorted by last name, so it's a super easy task!

March WFK Meeting - Monday, 3/10
Please consider joining us Monday, March 10 for our monthly WFK meeting. We will be meeting in the school library at 6:30pm, and free childcare is provided. Agenda items include our upcoming events and fundraisers. Throughout the school year, we are super busy supporting our students and staff and planning events, and it takes a lot of volunteer time to make it all happen. If you are interested in helping out in any way, please let us know!
*Positions we are looking to fill for the upcoming school year include Event Coordinator and Fundraising Coordinator. Please let us know if you have any questions!*

We REALLY appreciate all our amazing staff! They show up every day for our kids and go above and beyond for them.
