CALCULUS IN ALL OF THE MAJORS? WHO KNEW?
Ms. Marella created a cool project with her students on "how can we use calculus in our majors?" The students came up with really neat problems! Please check out the file below. Teachers and parents can check them out below....bonus points if they can find errors in the student work! - Lindsay Marella

On November 19, 2021, United Soccer Coaches selected Conor Campbell, Bergen Tech Teterboro grade 11 as a 2021 All American. The largest community for soccer coaches in the world, annually selects All America teams at the college, youth club and high school levels. - David Tankard
STUDENT OF THE MONTH
NO MATTER WHAT WE STAND TOGETHER CLUB
Hunter Porro and Tyler Iglesias have done a fantastic job getting the No Matter What We Stand Together club off to a fabulous start. They have found volunteer opportunities for BT students that are of great benefit to the New Jersey community. The club has been very busy this fall season, on November 4, volunteers boxed 784 boxes at the Community Food Bank of New Jersey in Hillside. A special thank you to Mr. Rueda for chaperoning the event!
On December 11, BT students volunteered at the annual Holiday Open House at the Kip Center in Rutherford. The Kip Center is an activity and nutrition center for senior citizens. Club members oversaw the selling of hot dogs, coffee, hot chocolate, chips, and drinks, along with helping to set up and clean up the event.
The week of December 13 to December 17, the club ran a Holiday Clothing Drive. An impressive total of 53 bags weighing 332 pounds were collected. The donations will go to Strengthen Our Sisters, an organization that runs a thrift store and uses proceeds to fund long-term/short-term shelters for domestic violence victims and their children. On top of this, for every pound donated, 15 cents will go to The Community Food Bank of New Jersey. With an additional generous contribution, the club was able to donate $100.
Thank you to the club members for making a difference by volunteering and serving your community! - Amy Surraco
