West End Dolphin Pod Squad,

We’ve had another fantastic week at West End, and we are excited for the activities planned for this week! From holiday parties to theme days and our annual sing-a-long, it’s sure to be a joyful and memorable time for our students.

A Note for 4th and 5th Grade Parents:

• Festival Choir and West End Singers arrive at 5:00.
• Doors open at 5:30 for parents and all other students.
• 4th and 5th graders will sit with their parents until called to the stage.

• Class Parties- Thursday, December 19 at 1:30

• Teachers will send home informaiton about parties soon.

• As a reminder, for saftey and space, teachers will contact a limited number of parent volunteer trained parents to help assist with the party.

• If interested in helping facilitate the party, contact your child's teacher.

• All volunteers must be volunteer trained.

• We are not able to accommodate siblings (of any age) attending class parties.

The survey should take about 20 minutes to complete:

• At the end of this survey, you can choose to be put into a drawing for 5 iPads, 15 $100 gift cards, 25 $50 gift cards per school (Note: Only 1 person/family can win any of the incentives listed above.)

• If your school has at least 20% of their families participate, the school will receive $750 in science-related materials!
