EAGLE PRIDE FUND DONATIONS
Eagle Pride Fund is a direct donation program of MCS Noble PTA - 100% of your dollars go to school funding. This is the backbone of the PTA budget. Eagle Pride provides incredible support for the students & staff of Noble, yet avoids direct selling fundraising programs!
New for this year...YOU choose what your donation supports!!
How do you want to improve/enhance Noble? Exterior spruce up? Help sponsor clubs? Show the staff extra love? Maybe even a BIG ticket wishlist item such as a picnic table or second water filtration system? It's up to YOU!

STOCK THE TEACHER BREAKROOM - THURSDAY, OCTOBER 3RD
Let's keep it rolling in October. Thursday 10/3 is the day the hospitality committee of the PTA is restocking the teacher breakroom with goodies to help power through the day. We need your help! Parents and students are welcome to drop off items in the front office. Sign up below to send in donations for our amazing staff!
SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR - OCTOBER 14th to 18th
Please support the Scholastic Book Fair! The fair will be open Monday - Thursday from 8am - 3:40pm & Friday from 8am - 10am. Students will have time to visit during school that week and we will be open every morning before school starts. Proceeds from the book fair enable our media center to purchase new books for all Noble students. Sign up below to volunteer or contact PTA Committee Chair, Rachel Kerlin at rachelkerlin@gmail.com. REFLECTIONS PROGRAM 2024
Calling all artists, writers, and creatives! There is still time to participate in the PTA Reflections Arts Program, but the deadline is coming up on OCTOBER 28, 2024.
Students may present their interpretation of this year’s theme - Accepting Imperfection - in one of the following categories:
Literature
Dance Choreography
Film Production
Musical Composition
Photography
Visual Arts
Students must submit their original work of art, along with a student entry form and brief artist statement by OCTOBER 28, 2024. Submissions will be displayed and judged at Noble, with the top two awards in each category advancing to the New Hanover County competition - potentially to North Carolina State and National competitions!
In 2024, Noble sent five students to the NHCS competition, two students to the NC State competition- where one took home first place in Literature and moved on to the National Reflections competition!
Interested students may pick up Student Participant Packets in the Media Center.

NOBLE BOOK CLUB MEETING - OCTOBER 3RD!
'Fourteen Talks by Age Fourteen' by Michelle Icard is a guide for parents & caregivers to help teens navigate important life discussions. It offers practical tips & tools to build effective communication & create a strong relationship with your teen.
Join us for an an informal, come-as-you-are, peer group that is for Noble parents/guardians by Noble parents/guardians. There is no commitment. Come to the meetings you can attend!
Bring your coffee and connect with others who are parenting teenagers just like you!
Contact Karina Olivier with any questions at karina_olivier@twc.com and feel free to invite other Noble parents/guardians! The book is available online, at local bookstores and our local libraries.

NOBLE EAGLE WATCH
Do you have a free hour during the school day? Could you support our students and staff by serving as an adult role model and extra set of eyes in the halls?
Thanks to all who have participated in Noble's EagleWATCH program! We love seeing families serve as positive role models for our students! EagleWATCH is a family & community engagement educational initiative. We invite dads/moms, aunts/uncles, grandparents, too! The goals of EagleWATCH are:
1) To provide positive adult role models for students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important.
2) To provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security and reduce bullying.
Administration has indicated a greater need for EagleWatch members during the lunch block hours beginning at 10:50am, but we're always happy to have you whenever you have availability!
Sign up for an hourly slot below. Weekly slots are encouraged, not mandatory. Help when you can!
NOBLE SCHOOL STORE
This month, the school store will be open for in-person shopping on Thursday, October 3rd from 7:45 - 8:30am. Cash and credit cards are accepted. You can always shop online 24/7.
Online orders will be delivered to your child's homeroom.
