Dear Northridge Families,

As we stand at the threshold of a new year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we have embarked upon together over the past semester. Being new to the school, I have been truly inspired by the warmth and enthusiasm I have witnessed within our community.

Over these months, I have seen students dive into their studies with curiosity and determination, supported by our dedicated teachers and staff. Each of you plays a vital role in making our school a nurturing and dynamic environment. In the MOY iReady Math assessment we saw an decrease in three or more grade levels below by 7%. In one grade level above we saw an increase of 4%. In ELA we saw a 5% decrease of three or more grade level above and a 5 % growth in one grade level or above.

I am grateful for the chance to witness your growth and achievements. As we welcome the New Year, I am filled with excitement for the opportunities and experiences that await us. My hope for each of you is that this year brings joy, learning, and personal growth. May we continue to support one another, strive for excellence, and build on the strong foundation we have established.
