• The hold drill will be initiated on Wednesday, February 23rd at 9:00 AM by your school's admin team. When the alert happens please ensure you take attendance for yourself and any students with you.

• I've been informed, by someone who is familiar with Raptor, that the sound that will be made when a drill or emergency happens is a siren noise. It is meant to grab your attention so you can respond appropriately. The sound only goes off once and it will happen even if you are not on your campus.

• If you are still having problems getting into your Raptor account, please send an email to Rachel Medrano (rachel.medrano@robstownisd.net). This will allow me to look into why you are still having issues. I believe I reached out to anyone who attended the training and mentioned they are having issues.

• If you missed your original training, it is very important you attend the training that is taking place on Tuesday (2/22/22) in the Hattie Martin Cafeteria from 4:00 - 5:00 PM.

• You will debrief during your PLC on Wednesday about experience so your principals can bring feedback to the principals' meeting.

I plan to visit every campus on Wednesday morning to also check in and see how things went. We are truly excited about launching this part of Raptor.
