This week students will visit the book fair during their regular library times. Thy may bring money with them. Students may also visit the book fair with their parents from 2:30-3 each day this week, except for Wednesday. Students may also visit the book fair on Friday as long as their parents are with them during Lunch on the Lawn. If you are able to assist with the book fair please call the office at 953-9601. Thank you!

Parents may also shop online from Sept. 9-22, and Ansel will earn 25% of every online purchase!

More and more students are being reclassified from English Learner to Reclassified Fluent English Proficient. Thank you to the parents who joined us Friday as we celebrated the students who met the challenge!

Students in grades 4-6 who passed last year's state test in Language and/or Math will be recognized this Friday at 9:30! Our goal is to have 5% increase in those who pass when we take it this coming April!

1. Students are reminded that no play fighting or rough-housing is allowed on campus.

2. Staff watched and discussed a district-wide video on active shooter preparedness. The video will also be shown to students in grades 7-12.

3. Construction in the Kinder area is to install a play structure for pre-school. We hope to have a pre-school program begin for next school year!
