2024 | April 1 through April 15
3D Hoops Family!
"March Madness" is here! It has been fun watching games and kicking off the Spring Season! We hope everyone celebrated and had awesome Easter Weekend! As the world gets crazier and crazier our prayer is that everyone knows the "Good News" that Jesus paid the price for us all. All we have to do is accept Jesus as our personal Lord and Savior and be transformed by the Holy Spirit.
This next month in April, will be action packed with games and events. Please read through everything below and let us know if there are any questions or if there is anything we can partner with you on in supporting your son on and off the court.
Quick Note for SUMMER Planning:

Their will some elite competition and we get the opportunity to compete against some the best teams and experience a different level of tournament play. In most cases, we will be considered the underdog. Regardless of outcomes, we always enjoy the opportunity to compete!
Word of the Month | Believe
Here are a few good ones:
- Psalm 16:8
- 2nd Timothy 3:12
- 2nd Corinthians 10:5
- Proverbs 3:5-6
- Romans 8:1-2
- Romans 12:2
Some other good phrases to have on repeat.
- "Good things keep happening to me."
- "God created me for a purpose."
- "Doing hard things is what we do."
- "Lord, show me what I am to learn from this."
Challenge: Pick 2-3 Bible verses and 1-2 positive affirmations sayings. Write them down - repeat them every day when you get up and right before you go to bed for a week. See and feel the impact of believing in yourself and see what God sees in you. Someone who He loves and is destined for greatness.
Accompanying Bible Verse. Romans 12:2: "Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - His good and pleasing will."
Healthy Living
Healthy Habits - Hydration (April Health Focus)
Impact your HEALTH immediately with this one change.
One simple, yet challenging component of immediate health improvement is hydration, aka WATER.
Wake Up: 8 oz, first thing
By Noon: have 32 total oz complete
By 5 pm: have another 32 oz complete
Goal 64 oz a day, progress and consistency matter.
A large percentage of people DRINK their way through the day. Everything BUT water: energy drinks, soda, tea, etc. Calories or not, caffeine or not, your body REQUIRES WATER to THRIVE.
Would your car run without oil? The role of water for the body, works similarly.
Make a small change this month and shoot for 64 oz of water each day!
