Our week in review...
Dear Wildcat Families
We had a great week! Our first PTO meeting was held on Tuesday and we recognized our September Students of the Month! Each of our recipients were given a certificate and a Papa John's gift card. Thank you to Papa John's owner Steve Waunsch his unending generosity! Our Book Fair was this week and our students had a wonderful time. Thank you to PTO member Monique Grossman for the outstanding job she did!

We had a successful Week of Respect this week! Students took anti-bullying pledges, learned about tolerance and conflict resolution, and had fun and interactive lessons on being upstanders and being respectful. There were daily tolerance and anti-bullying quotes on the morning announcements and we had incredible discussions on being safe and respectful towards one another. We thank Ms. Riley and our School Safety Team for the role they play in creating a positive school climate.
Members of TEAM have done an outstanding job teaching valuable lessons to our 4th and 5th grade students. These student leaders have and continue to provide such a valuable service and outreach to the student in our school. Our students and teachers thank you and look forward to seeing you all again!
Monday was National Custodian Appreciation Day! We thank Frank, Kevin, our night crew, and all of the custodians in the district for the incredible jobs they do!
I just wanted to share some pictures of our refurbished faculty room. This space has really changed in just a few months. Over the summer, our Supervisor of Instruction Mrs. Norcross painted the space. Since then, our dedicated Wildcat staff members have been doing amazing work in there! There is now a coffee bar, book nook, new furnishings, and new furniture. Thank you all for this dedication!
Our PBSIS winners were announced today, check out some of the student winners below. Our staff winners were Ms. Mendez and Mrs. Todd. Congratulations!
Important note: Schools are closed this Monday, October 9 for Columbus Day.
Roar with pride Wildcats!

Attendance Counts!
Our schools have shown incredible improvement in our attendance numbers and we thank you for your assistance!
Our September attendance data is in and we have shown tremendous improvement from last year! As a school, we have increased our daily attendance rate almost 3% from last year. This is a massive improvement! By grade level, Kindergarten saw the most growth from last year, increasing over 3.8% from last year! Keep it up!
