IOSA hosts four Saturday workshops throughout the year at Carmel Elementary. Included in this newsletter is information on our final 2023-2024 workshop, information on our 2024-2025 clinicians and workshop dates, how to renew your membership for next year, IOSA Board election information, summer levels information, a mini lesson, and where to find information on the upcoming AOSA Conference being hosted in Des Moines, Iowa.

IOSA/AOSA Registration Information
Your membership includes:
- A chapter membership to the Indiana Orff Schulwerk Association (IOSA) & a national membership to the American Orff Schulwerk Association (AOSA)
- 4 IOSA workshops a year (that is 16 hours of professional development towards license renewal with professional development forms given after each workshop)
- Access to the IOSA members only online library with links to the presenters notes, slides and videos from our workshops!
- Access to the AOSA online resource library, membership directory, and digital mentorship program
- A subscription to the Orff Echo magazine and the online Reverberations: Teachers Teaching Teachers publication from AOSA
- A discount to attend the AOSA Conference in Des Moines, Iowa in November 2024!
- Eligibility to apply for grants and scholarships from both AOSA and IOSA
- IOSA offers Orff Levels Scholarships each year

Calling All Parents!
IOSA wants to see you at our Saturday workshops!! Please know that school-aged children are ALWAYS welcome at our workshops! We love including them in our activities and experiencing our professional development right alongside the people it is most important to, our children! Restrooms are conveniently at hands and snacks are always provided! We would love to see you, and your children, at our workshops this year!
IOSA Board Elections
IOSA is happy to announce the 2024-2026 Board Slate! All members have from now until April 12th to cast their vote on the executive board as it is presented. These officers would serve our chapter for the next two school years, representing us on the National level, planning professional development, keeping our chapter financially stable, and so much more! Summer Orff Levels Information
Summer is approaching! If you are looking for Orff Levels classes here in Indiana check out Anderson University’s Summer Courses. This summer Anderson is offering Levels I & II from July 8th-July 19th as well as Holding Space: Nurturing Wholeness in the Orff Classroom from July 8th-12th, Orff Elemental Composition from July 15th-19th, and other fantastic courses!
