Letter From The Director

Hello Families,


Where has the first month of preschool gone? We had a great August and September. All of the students and staff are adjusting well and have settled into a routine. This month is full of fun fall activities and special events.


We can't thank everyone enough for all the donations we took up for Western North Carolina. You are all amazing. I hope everyone had a wonderful fall break. Just a reminder there is NO SCHOOL Monday. We will see everyone bright and early Tuesday.

Pink Out Day - Wednesday, October 16th

Pink Out Day for Breast Cancer Awareness is Wednesday, October 16th. Wear Pink!

Change of Clothes

Please make sure to update your child's clothes in their book bag since the temperature is changing.

Tuition Due October 15th

Please ensure to make your payment by October 15th to avoid late fees. Please send in tuition checks or cash in the envelope sent home. Please do not send in loose checks or cash.


Tuition is considered late on October 21st and a 10% late fee will be added.

Pizza Lunch

Pizza lunch will be Tuesday, October 15th.


Nov and Dec forms are due October 24th.


**You will not receive a form home if you have paid for the entire school year**

Trunk or Treat

Details are below for our Trunk or Treat.


  • A signup is below for Trunk-or-Treat stations. This event wouldn't be amazing without our wonderful parents. Trunk-or-Treat participants will need to be set up by 9:20 am on October 26th. Ms. Marcie's M/W class is welcome to come to the trunk or treat and participate.
  • There will be 3 groups that will rotate through the trunk or treat: Three's @ 9:30, Two's @ 9:45 and Four's @ 10.

Black's Peaches Field Trip - October 22nd

We are so excited that we will be able go to Black's Peaches for our field trip this fall. Black's Peaches is a fan favorite and I'm sure the children will have a great time.



  • Be sure to arrive at 8:50 am to be put in groups so we can start on time. There will be NO PRESCHOOL this day, as all of the staff will be on the field trip.
  • Parents will take their children to the field trip and we will meet everyone there.
  • Children will rotate through many fun filled stations that will also include a snack of vanilla ice cream and be able to take home a fall treat.
  • Field Trip Forms have been sent home. Please send back asap.


**You are welcome to bring a lunch to enjoy at the farm as they have picnic tables**
