The Eagle's Nest
Week of March 11, 2024
Happy Sunday Eagle Families!
This has been a fun week on campus!. On Monday, we kicked off our One School One Book project along with Read Across America. All week students had the opportunity to dress up like characters from Charlotte's Web, answer daily trivia questions and enjoy hearing guest readers at night. Check out DOJO for a link to nightly guest readers and contest details. We encourage you to send pictures of you and your family reading Charlotte's Web. The lottery will close on March 15. If you did not return your contract to Mrs. Berry by February 9 and wish to return to Clyde Erwin for the 24-25 school year, you will need to reapply through the lottery.
The March PBIS celebration will be a St. Patrick's Day BINGO. We are still in need of prizes if you would like to donate. Parents if you are willing to donate prizes, please have them to the school office by March 20th.
Parents make sure that you take time to check your child's bookbag each morning before they leave for school. Students should NOT be bringing toys, Pokemon Cards, trading cards, or any other type of game like items to school. If items are found, they will be collected. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items collected. Also, please revisit our parent and student handbook. This is just a reminder that students should not come to school in boots. Students should be dressed and groomed for the business of the day. Students should not come to school with long nails.
