Oconto Falls Elementary School Construction Update
Starting on June 10, Oconto Falls Elementary School will have some major construction going on with the roof being replaced. As a result of this, building access will not be allowed. If you need to get in touch with the office, please call the office at 920-848-4476 or via email. Just a reminder, that summer school this year is being held at Oconto Falls High School as a result of this construction. Please make note of this if your children are planning on attending summer school.
Help A Hero Update
During the time of November 1-10, 2023, Abrams Elementary, Oconto Falls Elementary, Oconto Falls Community Library, and Iverson’s Piggly Wiggly collected items for our troops stationed in Poland. Because of the small size and location of these bases, it is sometimes difficult for the troops to receive basic necessities. The donations of hand/foot warmers, beverage packets, ranch dressing, hot sauce, hygiene products and so much more were sent to supply five bases making it easier for them to stay supplied with essentials and goodies. A total of 855 pounds were collected by all. $1,390.00 was graciously donated by the Eick-Sankey American Legion Auxiliary, OF Insurance, Iverson’ Piggly Wiggly, Rocky Ridge, Better U Nutrition, Flower Shoppe, and friends and families to offset the postage cost. The support and generosity of the students, families, and community were incredible and greatly appreciated!!!
Monthly Positive Focused Behaviors
Each month at Oconto Falls Elementary School there will be a focused behavior. When a student demonstrates the behavior they will be nominated by their teachers/staff members with a positive office referral and they will receive a student certificate and incentive at the end of the month (they are listed below). They will also have have their picture taken with PAWS, our school mascot. Listed below is the focus behavior for each month:
May - All the focus traits
Positive Office Referrals - April
Many students at Oconto Falls Elementary School nominated for showing acceptance for the month of March. They were recognized on announcements and came down to the gym to have a picture with our school mascot, PAWS! All students received a certificate and locker tag. Congratulations to all of our students below!
