ALA ELEMENTARY INFORMATION
Note from our Elementary Principal - Rhett Anderson
Dear Parents,
I hope this message finds you well. What an incredible week we’ve had! I want to take a moment to recognize and express my heartfelt gratitude to our amazing parent volunteers. Your support and dedication continue to lift our school community, making it stronger every day. Here are a few highlights worth celebrating:
The Frosting Drive
Your generosity never ceases to amaze! Our goal was to collect 700 frosting containers, and you went above and beyond, collecting an impressive 869! Thank you for your enthusiastic support. Your contributions will make our upcoming activities all the more special and memorable for our students.
Eagle Council's Outstanding Service
We have to recognize our Amazing 6th grade Eagle Council for their outstanding service this week as we have gotten ready for our Parent Teacher Conference. From putting up signs, cleaning up trash around school grounds, and organizing the Lost and Found and the extra uniforms for students who need it, they have exemplified true leadership and commitment to our RISE UP values—Responsibility, Integrity, Service, Excellence, Unity, and Patriotism. Their work serves as a reminder of what we can achieve when we come together for a greater purpose.
Carpool Courtesy
Please remember that our teachers and assistants are out there every day dedicated to ensuring your child’s safety and a smooth process. We know that this time can be stressful at times for everyone but we would ask for your help in showing them kindness, patience, and respect as they continue to look out for the safety of all the students. A smile, a wave, or a simple “thank you” can go a long way in brightening their day. Together, through courteous and considerate actions, we can make a positive impact on our school community. Thank you for being a part of this effort!
Coat Reminder
With temperatures dropping, please remember to send your child with a coat each day. Adding a name to your child’s coat will help us quickly return it if it’s left behind. This small act of preparation makes a big difference in keeping our children warm and comfortable during outdoor activities.
Thank you for your continued support, kindness, and commitment to our school.

Congratulations to October Teacher and Student of the Month
7th grade: Allie Dickerson
Any time that Allie accidentally makes a mistake or if she does something she thinks is wrong, she will immediately tell the teacher and apologize for that. She has a lot of Integrity. She will even apologize for mistakes she doesn't need to apologize for and wants to make sure she is always doing the right thing. Allie is always giving a full effort and seeks help and advice when she feels she needs it. She acknowledges the work of others and defends what she feels is right. She works hard and keeps herself accountable.
10th grade: Adlih Monjarra
She is a hard worker and shows intergirty by being honest in her classwork and assignments. She uses her time wisely and makes good choices. She is a great example to others and to the students in my class. Adlih is always positive and happy, a great example to those around her.
