MASC Convention Deadline. MASC announced that if an advisor requires additional time for Early Bird registration for the MASC Conference, the deadline can be extended until Monday, January 13, 2025. To request this extension, the advisor must email Karen Crawford and Wayne Perry.

Upcoming MASC Deadlines. Listed are deadlines for the MASC Winter Leadership Conference and MASC Convention.
- Registration for the Winter Leadership Conference closes on Wednesday, January 15, 2025
- Winter Leadership Registration Report/Invoice must be signed by the principal and submitted electronically no later than Friday, January 17, 2025.
- The early bird discount registration for the MASC Convention closes on Friday, January 10, 2025.
- The early bird registration report/invoice must be signed by the principal and submitted electronically no later than Monday, January 13, 2025.
- Early bird registration payment for the MASC Convention is due no later than Friday, February 7, 2025.
- Regular registration for the MASC Convention will also close on Friday, February 7, 2025.
- The regular registration report/invoice must be signed by the principal and submitted electronically no later than Monday, February 10, 2025.
- The last day to cancel MASC registration and request a refund is Monday, February 10, 2025.
- Regular registration payment for the MASC Convention is due by Monday, March 10, 2025.
MASC Convention Hotel. Listed below are the steps secure hotel rooms for the MASC Convention,
- Open and complete the Hotel Reservation Form. Please select the Doubletree by Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront.
- Save the completed Hotel Reservation Form as a pdf.
- Email the completed Hotel Reservation Form to Lara Meadows (lmeadows@harrisongp.com) and Renee Seiden (rseiden@harrisongp.com).
- Once Lara Meadows and Renee Seiden receive the Hotel Reservation Form, they will email the following back to the advisor: (1) A credit card authorization form (or invoice for those schools that need to pay by check) for first night deposit. (2) A rooming list template for you to complete and submit back to the hotel to confirm your rooms. (3) They will request for you to submit a copy of your state tax exempt form (Public Schools have received SMCPS Tax Exempt Form).
- Each advisor will complete all items above and return to the hotel.
- Hotel will generate confirmation numbers for each room and email advisor.
- Full payment due to the hotel no later than Friday, February 7, 2025.
